James L. and Lynne P. Doti Chair in Operations Management; Ph.D., Drexel University, Dr. Kathuria worked as a production engineer, industrial engineer and operations consultant for over eight years before embarking on his Ph.D. His current research interests include operations strategy, supply chain management, the Internet and entrepreneurship, and global operations management. His work has been published in several leading journals, such as the Journal of Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, Decision Sciences, Journal of Management Education, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, International Journal of Production Research, Omega: The International Journal of Management Science, Journal of Quality Management, Journal of Entrepreneurship,International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, Management Decision, Journal of High Technology Management Research, and others.

Dr. Narendra K. Rustagi is director of the Center for Global Business Studies in the School of Business at Howard University. He is also a tenured professor and has been teaching in the department since 1987. He was a co-principal investigator for a grant in the year 2000 and served as a campus coordinator for implementing the grant to develop and teach four programs online, and served as director of the online MBA in e-commerce. In July 2001, Dr. Rustagi was a member of the team to review programs of the Kogi State University, Nigeria, to propose changes to bring the curriculum to international standards. He also helped University of Mauritius in the development of their now successful online business program. He has worked with several institutions internationally on issues related to the delivery of education including the role of information technology and mentoring in developing quality programs.

Dr. V. Rama Devi joined NIT, Warangal on 9th July, 2018 as Associate Professor in School of Management. Prior to joining NIT Warangal, she worked as Professor in Department of Management, Sikkim Central University and has 21 years of teaching experience. She was awarded doctorate from Sri Krishnadevaraya University in 1998. Under her guidance, three scholars were awarded Ph.D, two scholars were awarded M.Phil and one scholar is on the verge of completion of Ph.D. She received Best Teacher Award twice and was selected as Inspired Teacher in Inspired Teachers Network. She has published 60 papers in various international and national refereed journals. She presented many papers at various international/ national conferences and also delivered lectures as key note speaker in various conferences/ seminars.
