Pre-Conference Workshops
Are you an educator, student, policymaker, or are you simply interested in the field of research and publishing articles in reputed journals? No matter what hat you put on, you will find the pre-conference workshops to be interesting and relevant from both research and education perspectives.
The pre-conference workshops will be highly interactive and engaging sessions on four important themes related to research and teaching in management and business. They will be conducted by field experts as small, focused meetings and will take place a day before the conference.
About the Workshops :
Publishing in highly ranked journals brings recognition as well as provides satisfaction of academic achievement. Invariably, all researchers desire to publish high-quality research, but many often struggle. Writing a research paper for a reputed peer-reviewed journal is undoubtedly a daunting task. Likewise, effective teaching requires innovative approaches to pedagogy. Instructors want to excel in the classroom by keeping their students engaged, attentive and motivated to learn. These workshops will help you achieve your publication goals as well as provide an opportunity to explore new ways of teaching through gamification in an online environment.
These pre-conference workshops aim at addressing four important aspects, one in each session :
How to publish in Financial Times 50 (FT50) Journals?
Research Methods.
The workshops will focus on the following :
- Help you understand on how to publish in top journals.
- Provide you with tips for crafting and conducting high quality research.
- Provide you with an opportunity to hear straight from the editors and seek clarifications
- Facilitate your interaction and networking with the speakers and other participants.
- Allow you to explore innovations in pedagogy, especially how to create an interactive environment for teaching strategic management through gamification.
